About Me
Hi! I'm Tom...
I grew up in a single parent family from south east London in the 1980’s. I dropped out of school at 15 and found myself going from job to job with no real direction.
I finally settled on a career in sales and it quickly became apparent that I had a knack for galvanising teams and helping people reach their true potential through my ability to listen, encourage and inspire. I have helped build numerous businesses and cold start-ups to become successful and sustainable.
I became fascinated by people and behaviours and as such studied NLP and coaching. I am also working towards becoming a Doctor of Psychology. Over the years, I have worked with 100’s of people and coached corporate teams, as well as sports teams and individuals. I’ve found that by doing something you love and have a passion for, you’ll never work a day in your life.
